- Invoices
- Usually we will send you an invoice after having translated your
document and after having provided you with the results. We would
expect you to pay invoiced amounts within 3 days of invoice receipt.

- Payment method
- We accept checks and money orders.

- Down-payments
- In some cases (example: extremely long documents) we would require a
30% down-payment (by check or money order) before the actual start of
our translation activities. We might require an additional payment of
30% before sending you our finished work.

- Late fees
- We reserve the right of charging late fees (USD 20.00), interest (1%
per month), and collection fees should invoices not be paid on time.
